Wide Stream Pain Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team at our Ithaca, New York location. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare directly to patients in their homes and through concierge medicine. You will collaborate closely with board-certified physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide array of cardiovascular conditions, allowing you to contribute to innovative patient care solutions.

This role is primarily onsite, offering a hybrid concierge and house call medical model that emphasizes individualized care. Our Nurse Practitioner will work within a supportive team framework comprising Cardiologists and allied health professionals, ensuring continuous communication and collaboration to optimize the patient experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, encompassing 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturday coverage to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
The Nurse Practitioner will primarily serve patients dealing with cardiovascular issues, demonstrating empathy and understanding of the diverse challenges these individuals face. Our focus on concierge medicine allows for deeper relationships with patients, leading to more effective health interventions and improved overall satisfaction with care. You will engage with patients from various backgrounds, necessitating an adaptable approach to meet their specific healthcare needs.
