Wide Stream Pain Solutions is seeking a dedicated Full-time Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to enhance our outstanding team of diagnostic and interventional cardiologists. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with expert board-certified physicians renowned for their innovative approaches in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases. The selected candidate will work primarily onsite in a home care setting, helping to manage patient health with a focus on both physical and psychological aspects.

This position is based in Oswego, New York, and will require your presence onsite. You will work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturday coverage as needed.
