The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite at our facility in Miami, Florida, providing services directly in the homes of patients, as well as at our center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics for patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions, particularly in pain management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, physical therapy referrals, and alternative therapies as appropriate.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, providing patients with clear feedback and actionable steps based on results.
• Prescribe medications—including controlled substances—according to state regulations and best practices, ensuring a focus on pain relief and patient comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic pain management techniques, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, physical therapists, and mental health specialists to coordinate integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records using our advanced software system, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
• Dedicate time to staying up-to-date with key advancements in medical protocols, treatment modalities, and regulatory requirements affecting practice.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner and a current, unrestricted state nursing license.
• A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, complemented by specialized education in pain management.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty, providing care to patients dealing with pain-related issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to educate patients and support their understanding of treatment strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex clinical scenarios effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a concierge medicine or house call setting, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in varied environments.
• Certifications focused on pain management, such as from the American Academy of Pain Management, are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation quality and facilitate seamless communication with healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
