Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and accurately diagnose complex health issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s condition.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and other minor medical procedures, displaying a high level of clinical acumen.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to interpret diagnostic tests and formulate suitable treatment plans, continuously monitoring patient progress and adapting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation, which is essential for continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Engage patients and their families in meaningful educational conversations about treatment processes and health management to empower them in their healthcare journey.
• Facilitate difficult conversations around end-of-life care and advance directives, ensuring that patients’ values and needs are respected and integrated into their care plans.
• Build strong communication channels with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to enhance collaborative care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner certification and a valid state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits
