Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to accurately diagnose a variety of mental health disorders.

• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, determining the efficacy of treatments and making dosage adjustments as needed.
• Provide various therapeutic services, including psychotherapy and counseling, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate actively with fellow mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and effective treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting strategies based on documented outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
