Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and make informed diagnoses to identify complex patient health issues.
• Perform therapeutic interventions, which may include splinting, suturing, and wound care, as well as assist with minor procedures.
• Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice standards to develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Thoroughly document all patient interactions and maintain detailed medical records in compliance with organizational policies.
• Analyze diagnostic test results to determine appropriate treatment paths and follow-up plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management strategies and treatment options to promote informed decision-making.
• Facilitate discussions around end-of-life care preferences while demonstrating sensitivity and understanding.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in patient care, including families, primary care providers, and healthcare power of attorneys.
• Identify and address clinical challenges proactively, adhering strictly to safety and quality standards.
• Exhibit a commitment to compassionate care with cultural competence, respecting diverse patient backgrounds and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population, including individuals with chronic illnesses, acute health conditions, and preventive care needs. Qualifications

• A current, active nursing license in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• At least three years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty, demonstrating a strong grasp of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to connect with patients and staff alike.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
