We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team at Amadeus Internal and Family Medicine. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a unique opportunity to deliver personalized healthcare services directly to patients' homes and within our concierge practice setting. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will work primarily in patients' homes, as well as at our office in Canton. The hours are typically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending to 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events and health fairs on weekends is also part of the role, allowing you to engage actively with the local community and raise awareness about health issues. This position offers an average of approximately 40 hours of work per week in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere that values continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.
This role is especially geared towards individuals from underserved populations who may face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare services. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
