This full-time position is based onsite at our busy hospital facility in vibrant Seattle, Washington. You will engage with a diverse patient population in a dynamic setting that operates 24/7. Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise to formulate accurate diagnoses.
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and interventions including medication and therapy prescriptions.
Engage patients and their families in comprehensive education regarding disease management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care strategies to facilitate better health outcomes.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds to share insights and contribute to the collective understanding of patient care strategies.
Maintain precise and detailed electronic medical records, adhering to best practices in documentation and compliance.

As a Hospital Nurse Practitioner at Gotham Enterprises, you will work predominantly with an adult patient population presenting a wide range of medical issues, from routine health concerns to complex, life-altering conditions. Your role will involve not only treating patients but also providing reassurance and support to families, enhancing their overall experience in the healthcare system.
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner is mandatory.
An active state nursing license must be in place prior to application.
A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required, while a Master's degree is preferred and will elevate your application.
A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is necessary for this role, with a strong emphasis on critical care and urgent situations.
