Florence Medical Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Russian-speaking Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time role based in Forest Hills, New York. This role is primarily onsite, allowing for a direct and personal approach to patient care. The clinic operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, fostering a supportive work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and communication among the healthcare team.
You will be serving a diverse patient base that includes individuals from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, with a significant portion being Russian speakers. Your ability to communicate effectively in their native language will significantly enhance the therapeutic relationship, allowing you to delve deeper into their health concerns and cultural context, thus contributing to more effective treatment plans.
Experience in a family practice clinic is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with community health resources and experience with EMR systems will be an advantage in this role.
