Work Environment

This position is based onsite, where you will deliver care primarily through house calls, allowing for an intimate and thorough understanding of each patient's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions, using your advanced clinical skills.
• Develop, implement, and modify tailored treatment plans based on patient needs, incorporating patient feedback and evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work or imaging, as part of your comprehensive assessment.
• Prescribe medications and initiate therapeutic interventions, ensuring ongoing monitoring of patient responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention strategies, health promotion, and managing existing conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of patient care are seamless and well-coordinated.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously and maintain a complete and accurate electronic health record.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Stay current with developments in the field of healthcare regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse array of patients, predominantly focusing on those with sports injuries, chronic pain, and intentions to enhance their overall quality of life. Our clients value hands-on, personalized care, and rely on us to provide them with detailed assessments and customized treatment regimens that prioritize their unique circumstances and health goals.

Qualifications

• Current and valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with an emphasis on clinical excellence.
• An active nursing license in the state of California.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner within a relevant specialty, preferably in a primary care or urgent care environment.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in concierge medicine or house call services is a major plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• A background in sports medicine or pain management will be beneficial for supporting our patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 – 180,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
