Work Environment

This position is located onsite at a school facility in Everett, Washington, providing a unique opportunity to engage with families in an educational setting. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving community health. The role encompasses a full-time schedule, averaging approximately 40 hours per week, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Weekend participation in community outreach events or health fairs may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings, including physical examinations, health histories, and preventive health evaluations for individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with local community organizations and stakeholders to create tailored health education initiatives aimed at raising awareness around prevalent health issues.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring that the diverse needs of patients are met, while advocating for their rights and access to necessary healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and arrange follow-up care to maintain continuity of service and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate actively in community outreach efforts, including health fairs and wellness events, to promote health screenings and provide insights on health resources available to the community.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner certification with an active Washington state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
