Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage patient medication regimens, evaluating effectiveness and making necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and therapists, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of health.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely and effective care.
• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and reducing stigma.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and psychoeducation, equipping patients with strategies for coping, resilience, and furthering their mental health goals.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
