Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.
• Deliver medication management services to patients, monitoring the efficacy and side effects of prescribed treatments through regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation strategies and therapeutic communication techniques during moments of emotional distress.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Compensation and Benefits
