Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, advanced-level clinical expertise to women and families by assessing patient health status and ongoing care needs.
• Manage a variety of chronic medical conditions and coordinate routine and specialized care in alignment with the protocols set for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Execute a range of procedures from basic assessments to complex non-invasive and invasive procedures, including surgical interventions, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Make informed patient management decisions independently, while effectively consulting with attending physicians or other healthcare team members when necessary.
• Act as a mentor and expert resource for nursing staff, residents, and ancillary team members, fostering knowledge-sharing within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on providing specialized care to women of all ages, tackling a diverse array of health issues ranging from routine gynecological care to prenatal and postnatal support. Qualifications

• Master's Degree, DNP, or PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (AHA BLS/CPR).
• Ability to obtain DEA certification within 3 months of employment.
• Demonstrable skills in patient care with at least one year of recent experience in an outpatient setting focusing on Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Outstanding judgment and decision-making abilities to effectively meet patient needs.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for fostering patient and team interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction to manage patient caseload independently.
• Empathy and professionalism to support and cope with stress within healthcare teams.
• Experience performing a range of patient procedures and maintaining thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Evidence of involvement in clinical quality improvement or performance enhancement initiatives.
• Experience with triage in an outpatient environment, particularly within women's health.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and patient management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on experience and expertise. We also offer an attractive benefits package including:
