Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through detailed medical history reviews, thorough physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat patients presenting a range of medical conditions, ensuring personalized and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to evaluate patient health and progress.
• Engage in shared decision-making and patient education to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Perform procedures within your scope of practice, including patient management and monitoring during treatment.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure integrated care applications and methods, particularly when managing chronic conditions or complex cases.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system for patient interactions, ensuring all health information is readily accessible and secure.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff trainings, and peer reviews to contribute to clinic efficacy and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits
