Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, employing diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices, addressing the unique requirements of each patient.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, assessing their effectiveness while making necessary dosage adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits
