This role is based in our outpatient office located in Brookhaven, NY, where you will engage with patients in a supportive and collaborative setting. Our team comprises passionate healthcare professionals dedicated to improving community health outcomes. You will work onsite, primarily during standard office hours, with a work schedule typically from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., along with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events and health fairs may be required on weekends, with an anticipated workweek totaling approximately 40 hours.
