Bridgeway Nurse Practitioner Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Rye, New York. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive and holistic care to individuals and families in an outpatient setting. The position is based onsite at our outpatient office located in Rye, New York. You will work collaboratively within a supportive environment alongside other healthcare professionals, engaging with patients in face-to-face consultations during regular office hours. Your typical work schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Additionally, you may engage in community outreach events during weekends to further promote wellness and preventive health.
This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele within the community, including individuals and families from varied socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. You will work to understand and address their unique healthcare needs, building trust and relationships that enhance patient engagement and health literacy.
The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
