Mountain Park Pulmonology PC is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic outpatient practice within the Center for Advanced Cardiac Care (CACC) in Utica, New York. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

The position is based onsite in our outpatient office setting, where collaboration is paramount. As an Advanced Cardiac Care Nurse Practitioner, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Nurse Practitioner and the Medical Director of the Division of Cardiology. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no on-call, night, or weekend requirements, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Your primary focus will be on adult patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions, ranging from chronic ailments to acute episodes. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to improving their quality of life and long-term health outcomes through proactive and preventative healthcare strategies.
We welcome applications from both experienced nurse practitioners and recent graduates. Candidates with prior experience in outpatient cardiology, particularly in areas such as electrophysiology, stress testing, and management of chronic cardiac conditions, will be given special consideration.
