Blossom Health Center for Women is seeking passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team in Babylon, New York. This position is based onsite at our assisted living facility in Babylon, New York, where our Nurse Practitioners engage directly with patients in a collaborative setting. Your primary focus will be on the health and wellness of women across various life stages, including reproductive health, prenatal care, menopause, and chronic disease management. You will work closely with a diverse patient population, fostering enduring relationships to build trust and promote health literacy. Your role will be integral in guiding patients through their healthcare experiences, emphasizing education and proactive health management.
While a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required, candidates with additional experience in women's health, particularly in outpatient settings, are highly preferred. Familiarity with patient management systems, evidence-based treatment protocols, and interdisciplinary care approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
