This role is based onsite, primarily dealing with patients in our clinic and their residences in the local community. Our practice fosters a supportive and dynamic atmosphere, where teamwork is paramount. You will work alongside physicians and a multi-disciplinary health team that includes specialists in pain management, developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Our Nurse Practitioner will primarily provide care for adult patients suffering from various pain-related conditions, including but not limited to chronic pain syndromes, post-operative pain, and injuries. With a focus on personalized care, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your patients, understanding their individual needs and care preferences.
