Work Environment

Our outpatient office is a bustling hub dedicated to primary care, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and resources to ensure efficient patient care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work onsite during regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enjoying a structured 40-hour workweek. You will collaborate closely with physicians and fellow Nurse Practitioners, utilizing a team-based approach to care that emphasizes communication, teamwork, and shared decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and assessing patients’ medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging studies.
• Diagnosing a wide range of health conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle modifications to promote wellness.
• Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding disease prevention and management.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records to document patient care and treatment progress.
• Collaboration with your healthcare team to coordinate care for patients with chronic illnesses and complex health issues.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and keeping abreast of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing care to a diverse patient population, ranging from children to senior adults, including individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. A key focus of our practice is preventative care, where you will educate patients on managing their health proactively and navigating their healthcare journeys. Your role will not only involve clinical responsibilities but also serve as an advocate for healthy lifestyles within the community.

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this role must possess:

• A valid Washington State Nurse Practitioner license with an ANP/FNP designation.
• A Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in the Nurse Practitioner track.
• A valid DEA number to prescribe controlled substances.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and a patient-centered focus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members.
• A commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• At least two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care, acute care, or urgent care setting.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly in outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document patient interactions efficiently.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are a plus, enhancing communication with our patient base.

Compensation and Benefits
