Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive reviews of medical history, physical examinations, and relevant diagnostic testing.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, medication adherence, and prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their heart health.
• Perform and interpret essential diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms, to assess and monitor cardiac function.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
