Work Environment

This full-time position requires working onsite in a fast-paced hospital environment, uniquely situated in Saint Petersburg, known for its picturesque waterways and vibrant community. Your work schedule will typically involve 12-hour shifts, approximately 36 to 40 hours per week, providing flexible rotating coverage to ensure 24/7 patient care. This design not only optimizes operational efficiency but also helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate diagnoses for patients presenting with a range of acute and chronic health issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic skills to order, interpret, and explain the results of diagnostic testing, ensuring timely treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies based on patient evaluations and in compliance with best practices and guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families about disease management strategies, medication adherence, and necessary follow-up care post-discharge.
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient management and information sharing among care providers.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records to maintain continuity and quality of care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, patient safety, and operational efficiencies within the hospital.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000–220,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
