Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health assessments and screenings across diverse age groups, identifying health concerns and creating tailored care plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based health education programs in collaboration with local organizations to empower community members.

Qualifications

• A current and valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits

• The competitive salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
