In this full-time, onsite role, the NP will operate within an outpatient office setting, collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care to patients with complex cardiac conditions. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

This position is located in the heart of Rome, New York, within a modern outpatient office designed to foster a collaborative and patient-friendly atmosphere. The CACC provides a supportive environment, emphasizing teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. As a Nurse Practitioner in our CACC, you will work primarily with patients suffering from a variety of cardiac conditions, including but not limited to heart failure, pulmonary arterial hypertension, and those who have undergone heart transplants. You will also be involved with patients undergoing advanced therapies, providing specialized care and support as they navigate complex treatment regimens.
Experience working with advanced Heart Failure patients, those with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, and managing care for individuals post-heart transplant is highly desirable. Familiarity with outpatient intravenous or inhaled medication support and mechanical circulatory support devices will be advantageous. Candidates who demonstrate a holistic understanding of the patient experience within the cardiology spectrum will be prioritized.
