Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health and behavioral issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive analysis of medical histories, current symptoms, and diagnostic findings.
• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to individual, group, and family needs, facilitating improved mental health outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient medication regimens to ensure safety and efficacy, regularly reviewing patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Support patients in understanding their diagnoses and managing their health conditions through effective communication and education about self-care practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies for complex patient cases.
• Maintain meticulous records within electronic medical records systems, adhering to HIPAA and healthcare regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage with local home health agencies, laboratories, and imaging services to facilitate holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• An active state nursing license to practice in Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program.

• Proven capability in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
