About the Role:
The Neighborhood Clinic in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
Conduct thorough physical examinations, health assessments, and wellness visits
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Nevada state regulations
Educate patients and families on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Requirements:
Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC
Active TX state RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited program
DEA registration in the state of Texas
1+ years of experience in a primary care, family medicine, or community health setting preferred
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
