We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our team at Elderly Care & Rehab Clinic, located in West Hempstead, New York. This position is primarily onsite, allowing for meaningful interactions with patients in their homes or within our facilities through concierge and house call services. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will become part of a collaborative care team that includes physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants, and care managers, supported by dedicated medical scribes. You will also have access to a network of elite specialists and hospitals to enhance patient care.
Our patient population primarily consists of older adults enrolled in Medicare. The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
