Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your advanced nursing practice skills to deliver independent, ongoing patient care tailored to women's health needs.
• Manage various medical conditions, both chronic and acute, using standardized protocols specific to obstetrics and gynecology.
• Perform necessary non-invasive and invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort during treatments.
• Exercise clinical judgment in making autonomous patient management decisions while knowing when to consult team members for complex cases.
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor for other healthcare staff, including nurses and residents, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on women of diverse backgrounds, ranging from adolescents to post-menopausal patients. You will provide care that encompasses all facets of women's health, including preventive screenings, reproductive health, and management of chronic gynecological conditions. Through education and support, you will empower patients to take charge of their health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, DNP, or PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses in the state of Florida.
• Active AHA BLS/CPR Certification; DEA certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Exceptional clinical competence with a minimum of one year of outpatient Nurse Practitioner experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, demonstrating proficiency in triage and care management protocols.
• Strong clinical judgment, allowing for effective decision-making and prioritization of patient needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Organizational skills and self-direction to manage an independent caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with clinical quality improvement initiatives and performance enhancement practices.
• Proficiency in conducting both routine and specialty gynecological procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations and sensitivity to cultural differences in healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
