NP/PA – Physiatry & Pain Management (SNF)

Join Myrtle Health and help us change how post-acute rehab care is delivered. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an NP or PA with physiatry and pain management experience to join our clinical team.

What you'll do:

• Treat patients at skilled nursing facilities
• Write care plans, manage pain, spasticity, and mobility issues for patients recovering from stroke, surgery, and other conditions
• Work alongside therapy teams to help patients regain function and independence
• Collaborate with each patient's care team

What we're looking for:

• NP/PA license, active in Virginia
• Experience in physiatry and/or pain management
• Comfortable working independently
• Great attitude, strong communication skills

Details:

• Full-time, W-2
• Pay: $95,000–$125,000
• Flexible daytime schedule, no evenings or weekends
