Based in Rockland, ME, you will support patients engaged in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment through a blend of in‑person care and remote follow‑up.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Exams: Complete admission, readmission, and annual physicals; review labs with patients.
- Medication Management: Issue medication change orders (including verbal orders per state rules) and ensure accurate nursing follow‑through.
- Documentation: Review, complete, and sign required clinical documentation and reports.
- Team Support: Train and support nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent clinical practice.
Requirements
Credentials:
Current and active state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of operation.
Psychiatric Mental Health Certification (Preferred)
Active DEA Registration (Schedules II, III C) with the ability/waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
Benefits
Schedule: 10-12 hours a week 2-3 days a week, early morning hours
Pay: Open for discussion, starting at $90 an hour
