SLI Rehab & Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Guilderland, New York. This Nurse Practitioner role is primarily an onsite position, with scheduled hours stretching from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including the possibility of evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. on selected days. While an average workweek typically totals around 40 hours, involvement in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may be required to enhance community health awareness. Our facility is uniquely designed to integrate wellness and rehabilitation services, ensuring a supportive and adaptable work environment.
The Nurse Practitioner will serve a diverse patient population in the Guilderland area, including families and individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
