We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Swamscott, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a broad spectrum of non-emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Opportunities are available across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.
Schedule: Centers operate seven days per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time defined as a 36-hour workweek.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $75-$85 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner roles involve advanced clinical practice including health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment management. NPs often specialize in family practice, pediatrics, psychiatry, or acute care and hold prescriptive authority in most states.
Practicing in MA requires licensure through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions. Prospective practitioners should verify current licensing requirements, continuing education obligations, and supervised experience hours directly with the board before applying.
