Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve physical, cognitive, and social capabilities.
- Partner with families and caregivers to set and achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
