Full-Time OT 

We’re looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Assisted Living setting in Grants Pass, Oregon. This role puts you at the center of helping residents build confidence and regain essential life skills through customized therapy plans.

Position Info

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient Load: Average of 7 per day
• Salary Range: $90K–$100K

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized assessments and craft care plans
• Deliver functional interventions that promote independence
• Track patient development and adapt care strategies
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy
• Oregon OT license in good standing
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
• Skilled in EMR and charting
• In-depth clinical knowledge and patient-centered focus
