Occupational Therapist – Hands-On Therapy, Real Patient Impact

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to play a key role in helping residents regain independence and improve their daily function at an Assisted Living Facility in Portland, Oregon. This hands-on position focuses on assessing individual therapy needs, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering targeted interventions that produce real, measurable results.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop therapy plans based on individual needs.
• Use hands-on techniques to improve movement, coordination, and functional skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with therapy regulations and best practices.

What’s Required:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT license.
• Two or more years of experience in a clinical or assisted living setting.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and familiarity with therapy compliance standards.
