Occupational Therapist – Full-Time Role 

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for an Assisted Living Facility in Portland, Oregon. This role involves developing personalized therapy programs that support residents' mobility and independence.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' needs and design targeted therapy plans.
• Implement individualized treatment programs.
• Monitor progress, modify care plans as needed, and document patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT license.
• At least two years of healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of therapy practices, regulations, and EMR systems.
