Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California

Calling all Occupational Therapists (OTs)! We have immediate openings in an Outpatient office in California. Join a team that values quality care, compassion, and coffee breaks. This role requires a strong background in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive technology training.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Use standardized tests and clinical observations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive function, and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Assist patients in returning to work, school, or community activities by improving functional skills
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and home exercises
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and ethical guidelines

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Posses California OT License through the California Board of Occupational Therapy
• Proficiency in treating orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions is often required
• Experience in a Rehabilitation or Sports Medicine Clinic is highly valued
• Ability to assess and develop treatment plans for various conditions
• Familiarity with sensory integration, fine/gross motor therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation
