Occupational Therapist Location: Ozark, MO Agency: Zack Group Healthcare Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP
About the PositionZack Group is currently seeking OT Occupational Therapy’s for positions in Ozark, Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5 position in the OT. Must have an active License in hand and have at least 2 years of recent OT experience as a Occupational Therapy .
Requirements
• Current Resume
• Active or Pending State License as an OT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
