Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Puyallup, Washington 98372

Setting: Long-Term Care / Assisted Living

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

-Monday-Friday

-8:00am-5:00pm

-40 hours per week

Travel Pay Package:

-$2,630 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services to long-term care and assisted living residents
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Current CPR certification if applicable
