Job Description & RequirementsMaineGeneral Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team at the Gray Birch Long-Term Care Facility. Our highly skilled and welcoming therapy team provides coordinated care for Skilled and Long-Term Care residents, with a strong focus on quality outcomes, clinical excellence, and patient dignity.

Maine State Occupational Therapy licensure is required.
Registered as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
Valid Maine state driver’s license with acceptable driving record as defined by MGH policy required and Department of Transportation Annual Motor Vehicle Record Check - MaineGeneral Health required for employees assigned to cost center 147480 -Rehab Unit Occupational Therapy and 147470 -Rehab Unit Physical Therapy if determined they will operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business.
Maine Adult Protective Services Background Check required for ALL employees at Alzheimer's Care Center, Gray Birch, & The Inn at City Hall.
Maine Background Criminal Check - Annual - MaineGeneral Health required for employees at Long Term Care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred.
