Engage Ease Center, located in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact in the lives of our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our compensation package ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

As an Occupational Therapist at Engage Ease Center, you will work onsite within our rehabilitation facility, fostering meaningful connections with clients and collaborating closely with a large, multidisciplinary team. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance.
You will primarily work with children at risk for autism spectrum disorder, providing early intervention services that are crucial for their development. This role not only offers a chance to help children achieve their developmental milestones but also allows you to design and implement strategies that foster independence in daily living skills.
Engage Ease Center offers a competitive salary starting at USD 75,000 annually, with room for advancement and performance-based raises.
