Active Skill Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Westminster, Colorado. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, along with robust benefits and opportunities for professional growth. As a member of our therapy team, you will work closely with pediatric patients to evaluate their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Our Early Interventional Center specializes in addressing the developmental needs of children, particularly those at risk for conditions such as autism spectrum disorder. Our diverse team comprises physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental psychologists, behavior therapists, audiologists, and more, all united in a mission to empower our young clients and their families.
Based onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Westminster, you will enjoy a supportive atmosphere where interdisciplinary collaboration is encouraged. Our facility is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for both staff and patients, allowing therapists to engage in comprehensive evaluations and interventions. Work hours are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a reliable work-life balance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The primary clientele consists of children experiencing developmental delays or disorders, including those with feeding and swallowing impairments. Your expertise in pediatric feeding is vital, as many of our interventions focus on enhancing children's nutritional intake and quality of life. You will work closely with families, fostering relationships that enable positive outcomes and long-term success.
