Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific therapeutic needs, limitations, and goals.
• Develop and implement individual occupational therapy programs that focus on improving mobility, coordination, and the ability to perform daily tasks.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques and adaptive equipment to support resident rehabilitation and growth.
• Monitor patient progress through regular documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies and activities they can practice to enhance independence.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
