Optima Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Hand Therapist to join our team in Radford, Virginia. This full-time position involves providing specialized therapy services focusing on the hand and upper extremities within a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

The work setting is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Radford, Virginia. As a Hand Therapist, you will engage closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, in a collaborative atmosphere that encourages advancements in patient care. This supportive environment allows for the development of innovative therapy programs and offers telehealth integration to ensure patient access to care. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance within the healthcare field.
