Location: McMinnville, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving daily activities, fine motor skills, and overall independence.

  • Utilize adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices to promote safe and effective mobility.

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques for injury prevention and functional mobility.

  • Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current Oregon OT license in good standing.

  • Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric care preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
