Key Responsibilities

In your role as Dental Practice Operations Manager, you will have a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing daily operations of the dental office, including management of staff, effective scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal workflow.
• Developing, implementing, and enforcing office policies and procedures that comply with all regulations as well as industry best practices.
• Working closely with clinical staff to enhance patient flow, minimize wait times, and ensure a positive patient experience through innovative organizational strategies.
• Monitoring and managing the inventory levels of dental supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring all necessary resources are available for staff and patients.
• Overseeing the billing and coding processes, including accurate management of insurance claims and patient invoices to streamline financial operations.
• Implementing and optimizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in patient data management, ensuring seamless access to patient information.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of office employees to provide feedback and support their professional development through structured growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
