Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising daily operations of the dental office, including effective staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow.
• Developing, implementing, and refining office policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and promote efficiency within the clinic.
• Working closely with clinicians to streamline patient flows and reduce wait times, enhancing the overall patient journey from arrival to treatment.
• Monitoring inventory levels of dental supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to maintain adequate resources for uninterrupted patient care.
• Overseeing billing and coding operations, including handling insurance claims and facilitating patient billing inquiries.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
