Office Services Coordinator
Greensboro, NC (Onsite)
07/15/2025 to 10/12/2025 (potential for extension or conversion to full-time)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Job Description:
Work Environment
  • Acts as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
  • Provides professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk service
  • Coordinates with internal teams for smooth front-of-house operations
  • Offers concierge-style support with discretion and a service-oriented demeanor

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Frontline Communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Send service distribution messages to designated distribution lists
  • Make follow-up calls related to feedback and service processing
Office Upkeep & Common Areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shared spaces throughout the day
  • Stock snacks and refreshments
  • Load and unload the dishwasher
Mail & Supplies Handling
  • Check and sort incoming mail
  • Order and restock office supplies using web-based systems
  • Ensure copiers and printers are stocked with paper
Technology & Troubleshooting
  • Use laptops, Outlook, and web-based systems for communication and task tracking
  • Troubleshoot basic office tech issues (e.g., printers, connectivity)
General Administrative Support
  • Assist office staff with various administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Education
  • Minimum 2 years in a receptionist, concierge, or related role
  • GED required

Software & Technical Skills
  • Basic computer functions
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outlook and email communication
  • Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools
  • Web-based systems navigation
